For 8 players, Sosso-Bala is built on African Rhythms used in a modern style. The ensemble spends much of its time playing together, sharing 2 marimbas and 1 vibraphone, in a community style that is reminiscent of the Ancient balafon traditions of African Music. A high energy and super groovy piece, this piece is sure to capture the attention of the audience.
