Program Note: Composed for three percussionists using a table as their musical instrument, utilizes different types of strokes to produce a variety of tones. The score uses graphic notation to represent both position of fingers and hands and the rhythmic figuration. Table music links the visual and aural – making choreography and musical tone equally important. –Christine Augspurger
