Knowing a Garden (2019) by Andrea Mazzariello
Knowing a Garden is a marimba and singing duo written by Andrea
Mazzariello in 2019 for TV Percussion (Andrea Tafelski and Lindsay Vasko). It
was written to use the voice, marimba, and a semi broken-down drum set
around the marimba. Performers split a drum set groove throughout the piece
and sing while accompanying themselves on marimba.
